    I’ve checked my Live Rewards and can’t seen the 50,000 points that I thought I’d be getting for buying an Xbox One S on 19th December.

    Could you tell me are they still pending?

    50K Reward Bonus for Xbox One S Upgrade Promo...

    I ordered a BF1 Bundle on Black Friday. As I already own an Xbox One, I should be eligible for the 50K Reward Bonus, but no where on my order or invoice does it state such. I hope I didn't have to use the promo code for expedited shipping because when
    I tried it didin't work. I discussed with MS Store and they credited me $10 since they couldn't get it to apply, but I just want to make sure that I will receive the 50K Reward Credit for my purchase. Otherwise I'll return it in favor of some other Cyber
    Monday deals.

    Who can confirm that I will be receiving the 50K bonus as part of my order? Would be nice to receive an email confirming that vs leaving me to wonder if it will happen automatically.

    The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after that offer became available, it would not have been possible to select you for that offer. Furthermore, since you only registered on the second of January, you would not be eligible
    for this offer, since we can only Reward purchases made while being in the program.

    Hey there. We're seeing two Gamertags with your email. One is Dr Treye and the other is this one, CruellestChimp4. Dr Treye was eligible for the 50k Credits, while CruellestChimp4 was only eligible for the 30k since the 50k offer is for select members. Do
    you want to close the CruellestChimp4 account and have your Rewards account default to Dr Treye? If so, we can adjust in the 50k into that account after we disable CruellestChimp4.

    Support will double check for you here, but there is no other form of confirmation until the credits show as pending. The code was only to offset the price of expedited shipping so it was not necessary to receive the credits.
    That would be great to receive a confirmation.
