50K Reward Bonus for Xbox One S Upgrade Promo...

I ordered a BF1 Bundle on Black Friday. As I already own an Xbox One, I should be eligible for the 50K Reward Bonus, but no where on my order or invoice does it state such. I hope I didn't have to use the promo code for expedited shipping because when
I tried it didin't work. I discussed with MS Store and they credited me $10 since they couldn't get it to apply, but I just want to make sure that I will receive the 50K Reward Credit for my purchase. Otherwise I'll return it in favor of some other Cyber
Monday deals.

Who can confirm that I will be receiving the 50K bonus as part of my order? Would be nice to receive an email confirming that vs leaving me to wonder if it will happen automatically.

Xbox One S 50k rewards credits not showing

I recently purchased a Xbox One S from Microsoft's online store and used the Xbox Live Rewards 50k promo code. It linked my order with my XBLR account. I haven't gotten my 50k rewards credits. It has been 15 days since shipment. Please help. I would very
much like my reward credits now especially in time for week 2 sales.

Upgraded to S with 50k Rewards offer, only 30k Rewards Posted

I ordered a new Xbox One S during Black Friday (Order #9870176178) to take advantage of the 50k Rewards upgrade offer shown on the MS Store page. 30k points were just posted to my account. Please correct this and post the full 50k Rewards.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. Support will double check for you here, but there is no other form of confirmation until the credits show as pending. The code was only to offset the price of expedited shipping so
it was not necessary to receive the credits.

The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after that offer became available, it would not have been possible to select you for that offer. Furthermore, since you only registered on the second of January, you would not be eligible
for this offer, since we can only Reward purchases made while being in the program.
