50k Points for Upgrading to Xbox One S during Black Friday 2016

There was an offer during Black Fri last year where MS was giving 50K points for upgrading from an Xbox One to Xbox One S, I haven't received the points till date. Can you please help me check?

Upgraded to S with 50k Rewards offer, only 30k Rewards Posted

I ordered a new Xbox One S during Black Friday (Order #9870176178) to take advantage of the 50k Rewards upgrade offer shown on the MS Store page. 30k points were just posted to my account. Please correct this and post the full 50k Rewards.

That 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after we had chosen members for this offer, you were not able to one of the members selected for this offer, and instead received the 30,000 Credit default offer. However, after reviewing
your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated to our servers.
Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team.
At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. Since this is an issue with internal data, adjusting your user information will likely not have an effect. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience
while our other team works on a solution.

If you want you can upgrade to S or to X but it's not nessesary. Although i upgraded my first xbox one to S back in the time and now on Black Friday i upgraded to X so it's depend on the person i think.

I'm going to brace you before the official response because I have had problems about the One S upgrade as well; you will not be eligible for the 50K points unless you already had an Xbox One and purchased another Xbox One S. Best of luck on the rest.

My recommendation is to go for S Xbox one. The price is affordable and it will be even more on Black Friday. You can join Microsoft rewards program and get so much points you can convert in money by Black Friday that price will be very small.
