50k credits

I received a email that sent me to a link that said I won 50k credits but it hasn't been added to my rewards. Any idea as to why would be helpful.

Please can you tell me if I am entitled to the 50k credit incentive that was available up till 31St December. I bought my xbox one s from the Microsoft store on 26th December.

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours before the information would reflect on the reward website.

Otherwise, the staff will review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

From the FAQ for that offer:

How will I know I’m a winner, and when will I get my prize?

If the roulette ball stops on the color you placed your bet on and the game tells you that you have won a prize, you'll receive notification via email.

Digital prizes will be emailed to the email you provided during registration. If you’ve won a physical prize, your prize will be shipped to the address provided during registration. All prizes should arrive within eight to ten weeks of the date the contest
concludes.

If you win 50,000 Rewards Credits (ARV: $50), they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since it is not within 96 hours of the offer end date, it is too early to see those Credits.
