500GB Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle - No DLC Codes

I was gifted a special edition console in the title.

I received two codes.

One redeemed American Nightmare.

The other only redeemed the game Alan Wake with none of the add-ons.

The description clearly states these are included as well as in the images seen here:

How do I get the other add-ons that the voucher states I was to receive when redeemed if the retailer and gifter didn't have my email? The voucher looks identical to the ones in the link, yet only one code is on the reverse.

No Quantum Break code

Hi, I guess I didn't communicate clearly. I bought the XBox One special edition Quantum Break bundle (www.xbox.com/.../special-edition-quantum-break-bundle)
and there was no code for Quantum Break in the box. I'm not talking about windows 10 promotion - I mean no Xbox One code for Quantum Break at all. There was a code for Live Gold trial and a code for Alan Wake that I redeemed on my main account. It was a sealed
box, new. I have the serial number if necessary.

As per the title I ordered the Xbox One 500GB Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/special-edition-quantum-break-bundle. After
unboxing the console I only received a game code for Alan Wake and the 2 DLC's as well as a physical disk copy of Quantum break in the box. The site as well as the retailer that I bought it from advertises that it comes with Alan Wake American Nightmware .
Should there have been a code in the box for Alan Wake American Nightmare or is it supposed to come via the Xbox One Store ? Does the same apply to the Free Windows 10 Copy as there wasn't really any instructions in the box or on the site how this would work
, I have already installed the game + updates + the episode pack to the console and haven't received any messages yet with regards to the codes. Could you please advise on this , many thanks.

 

To clarify, I want to play the Alan Wake game and the DLC on the 360...not the XB1.

The Alan Wake game installed on the 360 from the store when I redeemed it via the web based store and choose to send to my download que. However, only the game downloaded to the 360. No DLC. Added, when I go to the web based store or on my 360, the game
and the DLC both have prices and give no appearance that I now own them, even though it literally just downloaded and installed the Alan Wake game.

It's a little comical to think this was intentional, as it's a 360 game playable on the XB1 and touted for it's backwards compatibility. Yet, you can't download and play the same content ON YOUR 360.

Ironic.

 

I have the same problem but with the disc version I bought, on my xbox one, i entered the only code on the card that came with my physical copy of quantum break , which clearly states "Alan Wake + The signal + The Writer add-on packs", but selecting these
add on packs in store costs money, I only got the game and no dlc !

 

Yeah, this gonna upset a LOT of folks and fast.

I dug out my 360 just for this...it was boxed for over two years.

 

So its not a 360 problem it is not available on either console.. False advertising

 

I hope it does upset a lot of folks fast Muthafodder, many then someone will get off their *** & fix!, been out a couple of days now though & no one else seems cases, many still just engrossed in quantum break I guess (though IV almost finished it after
only a few hours!)

 

Solutions for playing the Alan Wake game & DLC on the 360 yet? As well as reflecting ownership after redeeming the codes?

 

I guess this can be closed since the DLC is listed as free in the store right now.

Wasn't impressed that I had to attach my PayPal account temporarily to download an item I already bought through a code redemption.

 

One last issue on my end though, the Alan Wake game still shows a price and shows already purchased both.

When I do try to purchase the $19.99 game it redirect to purchase complete, so I guess I own it even though none of the items (game and DLCs) show in purchase history.
