50000 rewards points for purchasing xbox one s in microsoft store

i'm not seeing my 50000 rewards points as pending in my account after completing a purchase from microsoft store of a new xbox one s console( current xbox one 1TB console owner).

i know there is a waiting period for the points to be available, but it also says in the fine prints that the points should be pending prior to awarding.

i recently purchased an Xbox one s from the Microsoft store and was unable to enter the code that Microsofts Xbox rewards system had given me to receive 50000 reward credits when buying a Xbox one s

I recently purchased a Xbox One S and was wondering how I can collect my rewards points for purchasing from a microsoft store.

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

 

i have 5 more days of waiting then. i was hoping to use them for wednesday's xbox games sales. anyways. thanks.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. However, after reviewing your account, I see that we have received a new batch of console orders, one of which was yours! We are currently processing this batch of console orders, and you should see the Credits pending
shortly.
