50000 rewards points for purchase of xbox one s

I received an email about getting 50000 rewards points, a free game and free expedited shipping if I used a special code. The email never stated that I had to be logged in to my rewards account to make the purchase. I read the email over and over trying
to figure it out. I directed me to sign up for rewards program to get started but I was already a member. I went to the Microsoft store and selected the items I wanted to purchase hoping I would get more information at checkout. I looked for the special code
for expedited shipping and didn't see it. I made the purchase for a xbox one s got the free game that came with it, but not the free game from the rewards program and I didn't get free shipping. I attempted to call support, I attempted to login to my rewards
at which point I found out that the special code was there and that I should have made the purchase from inside my account using the link provided. Now that I have made the purchase how can I collect the 50000 rewards points and the free game.

Xbox Rewards not posting!

Hello I bought an Xbox One S in December and I still have not received the reward for this purchase (50000 points) on my reward account yet.

As long as you made the purchase using the same email address as the one you use for the Rewards program (there's no way to sign into your Rewards account on microsoftstore.com), the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

The free game would have been included with whichever console you purchased.

Even though they expected you to use a link that was presented inside your rewards account once you logged in. That was the issue, the email and the site where the email sent you did not specify that you needed to make the purchase from inside of your rewards
account. So you are saying as long as the emails match, the one from the rewards account and the one used for the purchase at Microsoft store the points will be rewarded.

Hi shooter. The free game is from the Microsoft Store, so you'll need to reach out to them if you don't receive it. The 50,000 Credits will be awarded 15 days after shipping. Since your purchase was made on the 15th, it will be about another week and a half.

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.
