    Hey guys,

    I've seen the many many posts about the 50,000 reward credits for upgrading to Xbox One. The common answer is about 15 days before it shows up correctly. Its been well over 15 days and I still haven't seen anything despite buying from the Microsoft Store
    on my registered Xbox Live email. So how can we get this sorted? I'd like to use these credits first for Xbox Live Store purchases before jumping in with real cash for obvious reasons.

    2nd. Didn't notice this until I went back and looked at my history. I've always wondered why my VIP rank was at 0 and why the "dial" never moved up very much. While looking at my history, its clearly marked when I moved up with VIP level 1 coming back in
    2015. I've had tons of purchases since then. Not sure how to get this fixed either.

  2. Not recieving rewards

    I have been a gold member for years now, and have made plenty of purchases, such as Alien: Isolation (and all dlc), Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Batman: Return to Arkham. However, I have not reveived a single reward credit from any of this. Im a VIP, and
    have legend status (for now). I would like to actually be rewarded. The last reward I reveived was the 50000 reward credit for purchasing and xbox one, and that was years ago.

    We do not see a console purchase for your account. This is why you have not yet received completion Credits for that offer. You may wish to verify the purchase on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    or reach out to the MicrosoftStore.com team at (Microsoft Store Online - Welcome).

    We have yearly resets for MyVIP. The previous resets occurred on September 2014 and 2015. The current reset is scheduled to occur in December. When we reset MyVIP, we look at your eligible spending over the course of the year and place you into a rank according
    to this spend. We then reset the total spending amount on your account. This is why your last MyVIP payback was in July 2015.
