5000 points not gone through after 96 hour wait

Still haven't received the forza points

I still haven't gotten the 5000 point for preordering Forza. I made a post 10 days ago and was told to wait another 96 hours. It's been longer than that 96 hours and still do not have the 5000 points. Please help.

Points ordered with my VIP gems not showing up.

Hello,

I ordered 2x 10,000 rewards points and 1x 5000 rewards points 2 weeks ago. Message stated said points should arrive on 96 hours. Have not received anything yet. Ordered from VIP vault using gems

Also ordered another 1x 5000 today. Will see when it shows up.

Just wondering if this is going to go through before rewards gets but down. Thanks for your help

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit into your account by the end of the month.

I looked up your account and saw you have 5,250 credits on your account. The pay out process will run on schedule on June 15, which means your credits should convert to spendable cash later that day or on June 16th

So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support

96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.

You'll have to wait until the new subscription starts on 4/6. The points should show as pending up to 96 hours after that. Then they will be added to your account around May 15.
