5000 COD points not showing after 24 hrs.?

The purchase is showing as completed, I have turned off my Xbox and it is still not showing.

Any other ideas?

Thank you so much for the update, and if it's showing as "completed" and you have already performed the powercycle on your console you should be able to get the in-game items by now and in this case, you may need to reach out to the game support.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that the transaction is successful by following the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History."

Once confirmed that it's "completed", for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

The problem seems to have been resolved, about 24 hours after purchase the punch card is now showing correctly and I have now received my 5000 bonus points. Stay Safe!

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.
