£50 xbox credits when buying the xbox one fifa 15 bundle?

almost 3 weeks ago I saw a deal on the xbox 360 dashboard stating that when you buy the xbox one fifa 15 bundle between the dates of 26th of september and the 10th of october, you would receive £50 xbox credits once receiving the xbox one. I purchased the
xbox one fifa 15 bundle from the microsoft website and on the 29th of september which is in the deals dates. However I have not yet received the £50 xbox credits or even any confirmation of receiving this in the near future. Can anyone explain to me why I
have not yet received the £50 xbox credits.

When going to sales and specials (Sales and Specials | Xbox Live) Fifa 15 is being sold for 50% off. When clicking
"save on fifa 15 for xbox one" (FIFA 15 DELUXE EDITION kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE)
it gives me a page not found message. The link for fifa 15 xbox 360 does work.

i also purchased the xbox one,same date...29th September...from the GAME store which was one of the outlets listed in conjunction with the promotional £50 xbox credits when purchasing the fifa bundle...I read the t&cs & it read the credits should be deposited
today the 24th October & you should be sent a message when you've recieved it...I'm waiting patiently lol

 

I bought the Fifa bundle from Game as well on the 8th of October, it is now the 25th and i still have not received the credit. I followed everything in the promotional offer from the xbox dashboard.

 

It is now the 26th here and I am yet to receive my gift code, please sort this out, one of the main reasons I bought the console was because of this!

 

I bought my Xbox one on the 2nd of October because it seemed like a good deal at the time but just like everyone else I'm still waiting for my gift card. Please sort this out it's unacceptable.

 

I'm also waiting for my £50 credit

 

Please see my post..Today I spent 3 hours on the phone to Microsoft I also called GAME and EA Sports who couldn't/wouldn't help either. Like everyone above I did all that I assumed I should have to get the credits. Microsoft today informed me that I should
have gone onto the XBOX WEBSITE and registered the console there? not just on the dashboard. How true this is I am not sure as I have been given various misleading answers by the different people I have spoken to.This was not mentioned in the T's & C's if
it had of been obviously I'm guessing we all would have done it. Please Microsoft give us our credits.

 

Absolutely the same story here, contacted Microsoft lots and lots. Hope this gets fixed soon.

 

Microsoft send you here for support. now 6 days since this should have been received. Really poor customer service! Not impressed!

 

Hey, everyone! Sorry to see that you didn't receive your code. Just to clarify, before you purchased you FIFA 15 bundle, did you click on the dashboard promotion on your Xbox 360 first?

 

I did on my dashboard, still awaiting the code. Any Idea when it will come through?
