50 to 60 hz again.... Any thoughts?

Ok, I've hunted a bit for an answer to this problem but why isn't my xb1 automatically changing from live tv 50hz to gaming 60hz. I now have the annoying initial tv judder problem in reverse where I notice the games are not as smooth as they should be. Go
into settings and do the workaround (I.e.) turn off 50 hz and games are fine but the tv isn't. I though that this was supposed to happen automatically.

Question about refresh levels

if the frequency is 50 Hz, the refresh rate you need to use is 50 Hz.

if you use 60 Hz it will not make any real differences but the correct refresh rate to use is 50 Hz.

Pretty much. I've changed all of the 50hz settings and it just will not jump to 60hz on any of my game. At least the tv picture is fine now.

I have not tested it for games - but when I switched to 50Hz both in TV menu and video settings (TV menu seems not to do anything when switched to 50Hz) - it is working.

Probably games will then run on 50Hz - which leads to problems too.

Hope they will fix that again. Unfortunately not fixed in the August update...
