    I reported the gamertag [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums. because there was a senser to exchange NHL 14. I gave him the code in return he gave me 1 million 400 miles pucks. He told me that the code did
    not work so I try, and it told me that the code had already been used. so I called Microsoft and told me to come on the forum to help me. it is about two weeks the code has been used. thank you for helping me. for more information, my gamertag is
    to me. and my address is [Personal info removed] - Do not post personal info on the forums.

    I'm not sure why support would tell you to come here. You should not post your personal information or codes on the forums (even if the codes do not work).

    It is against the terms of service to use the Live service like that because of issues like this.

    Sorry, but there is no way to get either one. People online do these things to scam people out of money all the time. This is why it's against the rules to do things like that.

    Unfortunately you were scammed. Your best shot is to try talking to Xbox Support but they likely won't replace it. The most you can really do is learn a lesson from this. Don't give codes out to people you don't know.

    Yea...in all honesty ..there is nothing support can do in this situation to help you.

    You willingly gave your currency to someone else in exchange for something in game....that was a bad idea to begin with, they have no tools in support to help you fix this issue, you were scammed, try not to go along with things like this again
