    50 dollars gone.


    So this morning I went to add 25 dollars to my grandson's Xbox account. Turns out Xbox was having issues. The weird thing is Microsoft took 50 dollars from me, 25 in two purchases. Yet nothing went to my grandson's Xbox Account plus no one from Microsoft knows where the money went. So Microsoft tells me nothing they can do and to contact my bank to stop payment. Now am waiting 90 days to have my 50 dollars put back into my account. Amazing a company like Microsoft can't find or return my money.

    The reason your bank would have to the refund as the payment will still be pending to Microsoft of the payment was made to them were as Microsoft can't find the payment on the system meaning they can not offer a refund on their end that's why they have told you to contact your bank.

    I get it, issue I have when you are having problems with your system you should disable it to where we can't send money to our kid's accounts. Once the problems on your end are solved, then reenable to send money to our kid's accounts. Making the customer go through the hassle of going through our banks to get our money back isn't really smart on Microsoft's side. Being productive on your end would be the smarter way to go.

    Just saying. I shouldn't be told you are having issues after the fact.
