$50 dollars down the drain!!!

I bought a year subscription at the beginning of January because i got an email that my subscription was going to expire and now Feb3 i cant play my games because i don't have a subscription . I JUST LOST $50 DOLLARS. Legit emails, Legit Microsoft card paid
through the Xbox, and now i have no Xbox live and i am 50 dollars ***.

Gamer tag help, enforcement moderator needed

My Gamer tag was changed by force for some reason and that's 10 dollars down the drain, please help!

Down the drain

I have tried everything you people have suggested and with no luck I still cant connect to xbox live, which I just recently wasted money on a new subscription, which makes me ever so happy (note the sarcasm). Now i cant even re download my Xbox live profile
because I cant even connect to live. All has happened since the coming of the xbox one, leads me to believe you guys are spending most your time and resources on the console just to try and beat PlayStation which at this rate they sound like a better option.
So please instead of responding with some solution that i need to do which ive tried... or telling me my internet isnt working right, because my internet is helping me send this message, fix your system, i know im not the only one with the problem, we have
wasted money on your junk now make it worth it.

if you followed a link sent to your email chances are you got scammed and I would suggest calling yoru credit card company. If you logged in manually and renewed then you should call MS Support and have the transaction record ready on both the Microsoft
Account website and your Online Banking. If MS wont fix it then simply call your credit card company and cancel the transaction.

Your gamertag is currently showing as Gold. Please try deleting your tag from the console then hold the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down and then finally redownload the profile to the console. See if that helps.
