50,0000 rewards points Promotion for upgrading from xbox 360 to xbox one

Did anyone ever figure out how to get the 50,000 points and free game when purchasing an xbox one?

I got an email but could never figure out how to order and do the promotion and get the free game and points

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

That offer was sent to eligible members at the beginning of the offer period. If you did not receive an email about this offer at that time, then you are unfortunately not eligible for the current offer.

 

You just have to place an order for a console at microsoftstore.com. It can't be a refurbished console or pre-order console. In order to get a free game, you have to choose one of the consoles that comes with a free game. The code you received in the email
would be entered when you checkout and will take care of the expedited shipping. Credits would show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships.

 

Is this eligible for only existing rewards members? I never had a rewards account, but I signed up today and would like to take advantage of this deal. How can I get the 50k points and free expedited shipping? I haven't received an email.

 

You have to have had an email sent to you for this offer, with a link on it specific to your Gamertag to redeem. You will have had to have been an existing member of the rewards program for them to have sent you an offer email.

 

Well i had a similar issue and i used the link to purchase an xbox one and there was no way of entering the code at the checkout, but i didn't upgrade from an xbox 360 to an xbox one s it was from an xbox one to an xbox one s. Does anyone no anything about
entering the code ? cause i couldnt.

 

I have the same problem. I upgraded to an Xbox one S from an Xbox one using the link in the email i was sent. It has been 17 days not and still no points.

 

Don't bother with the credits. I tried to get this promotion and bought my console on Oct. 7 and have not received the reward. I've posted on the forum and they said I would see the points pending but that hasn't happened either. You can still get the free
game though, if you buy through the microsoft store. It should have the free game announced. Just add the console and go to your cart, it should then allow you to choose from like 4 games.
