    It has been over the 15 days of shipping and receiving date and I still have not received my 50,000 points of which I was qualified for and supposed to get.

    Missing points

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.
