    50,000 Xbox One S Rewards Points


    Hello, I purchased an Xbox one S and was wondering when my reward points would show as pending. It has been 15 days and said it should appear as pending within 15 days. Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much.

    Missing points

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    Have not gotten my rewards yet

    I have purchased an Xbox One S and it said in one of your rewards deals that I would get 50,000 rewards points yet I have not received those points nor do I see those points pending.

    Hello RYJINNSKYWALKER,

    We see that the Credits are currently pending in your account. Since they were placed on the sixth, they should be included with the end of month deposit and placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.
