50,000 Xbox One S promotion

Hi! Basically I ordered an xbox one s during the time of the 50,000 credit promotion. However, my pending rewards is only showing 30,000 credits. I would greatly appreciate any help regarding this, thanks!

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

 

30,000 points instead of 50,000

I recently upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S following the promotion of 50,000 Xbox live points. However, the points have applied to my account as part of the promotion, but I only received 30,000 points instead of 50,000. Can you please advise why
I am missing 20,000 points?

 

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for support to check into it for you, but there are 2 different offers. Not everyone is eligible for the 50,000 credits. So if you were not chosen for that offer, you'd get the default offer for 30,000
credits.
