50,000 Rewards Points when you buy console at Microsoftstore.com

Hi,

My name is Diego and I needed assistance with earning my 50,000 rewards points with the qualifying purchase of an Xbox One S console. I received and email that was titled, "The season of earning is upon us, ," and in it showed that if I make
a qualifying purchase of an Xbox one S in the Microsoft store I will be rewarded with 50,000 Xbox reward points. Now I have all the proof in my Microsoft store account that shows that I have a purchase for a consuls with the free game and the expedited shipping
the only thing that I needed to complete the offer is actually getting the 50,000 Xbox reward points everything else meets the requirements. I called Xbox live customer service but I just got forwarded to this for him and I don't know what else I can get
from here but I have the email as proof and my order as proof that I am entitled to these 50,000 points. The email stated that the purchases must be made between October 29 and December 31 and my purchase was made in that bracket so I am more than anyone looking for
why I would not be qualified because I just don't see the points on my account. Is it just a pending reward that I am earning for the month of December and I just have to wait till January for it to show up or is it something else? Please get back to me on
this as soon as possible. I can forward the email I got and the order receipt as proof if needed.

Question about 50,000 points for new Xbox One purchase

I received an email offering 50,000 rewards points for buying an Xbox One through MicrosoftStore.com.

support will check into it for you, but keep in mind that the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. So if it just shipped recently, it may be too early to see the credits.

To update your region in the rewards program (if you've already migrated your Xbox account), you'll need to opt out of the program and then re-register after a few days.

In order to get the 50,000 credits, you have to purchase the console through microsoftstore.com.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
