50.000 Rewards for buying a Xbox One S Bundle - MS Support reference 1367578910

Good morning everyone.

after countless of calls with Microsoft and Xbox Support I do hope to find a solution on this Forum.
Back in October I have received an E-mail with a Promotion from Microsoft where I had to buy a Xbox one S bundle (picked the BF1 Bundle) and would receive 50.000 Reward Points as a gift.

I ordered the console on 20th October and received it 2 days later. The kinect adapter came in 4 days later and my battery cover 2 weeks later. Nothing special or strange here. Everything as described and as always an amazing service by Microsoft.... But
to this day there are no reward points on my account.

I have spent hours with Microsoft and Xbox support call center... only to be forwarded to another office every 5minutes until I have met Raquel (L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) who did an amazing job helping me (no irony. she was the first
one who really looked into this case and really tried to help).

Unfortunately there wasn't a lot she could do so I now reach out for your help.

Hello Guys,

I recently purchased a xbox one s console bundle that includes a 50,000 rewards points offer and I have not received the points yet. I activated the xbox one s on my gamertag and no points so far.

I spoke with Noelle-An S. from xbox support and they suggested that I create a post here. My Reference number is 1364405283.

Same Problem, but different Xbox one S (500GB + Battelfield 1)

I ordered the Xbox one S over the Microsoftstore with free express delivery 2 weeks ago. I received the Box a few days later, but i still waiting for the 50.000 points.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Are you referring to the code for Save The World or the Legendary Eon cosmetic set? The codes should be provided in the packaging for the Xbox One S. There was an
issue that was addressed by Epic Games in which customers that purchased the Fortnite Xbox One S bundle did not receive Save The World. The article we provided contains more information and Epic Games' solution to the issue. Please keep us up to date so
we may ensure that we provide the correct solution.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance.

The promo code is just to offset the price of shipping and will not reference the credits.
