50,000 Rewards Credits for upgrading to Xbox One S isn't working.

I bought a new Xbox One S through the link provided from the special promotion below:

I've also entered the promo code given on that page (which I am not going to post, since I think the promo code is unique just for my account). During check out, there were no confirmations of promo code activation, but after 5 tries, I proceed with checking
out anyways.

Date of purchase: November 25, 2016

Date of arrival: November 29, 2016

Still, nothing is pending in my account.

Please advise!

Missing 20,000 points

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If you don't have the credits after 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you.

The code was only to offset the price of expedited shipping. So it won't show anything related to the credits.

I have also upgraded to the S model through the rewards site and have not received 50,000 credits.

Seeing as how the promotion ends in 2 days I'm getting worried.
