50,000 Rewards Credit Issue - URGENT

Ok, here's the thing. I've asked about the status and got some answers and here's where I'm at.

I bought an Xbox One on October 19th . I thought I bought it under my Microsoft Account profile because I do clearly remember logging in with it. Somehow it processed as a "guest" order. So that obviously means that the "records" don't show my purchase.

Microsoft Store can't convert the order. So my only "process" solution is to return the product and re-order it again since the retail store can't process the sale under my Microsoft account. Only the exact bundle I bought isn't available online anymore.

So, considering I have until Tuesday to return it, is there any other way I can prove that I purchased it (considering my order clearly demonstrates the same email and address as my Microsoft Account which I will gladly share with the team.

If not, the thing is going back. I didn't need to upgrade now and I did so mostly because of the points and the bundle I scored.

I bought an Xbox One S and never got my 50,000 Rewards Credit. Please Help Xbox

Hey Microsoft I bought an Xbox One S because Xbox Rewards Mission said I would get 50,000 credit and I never got my 50,000 credit.

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

UPDATE:

Wasted my time going to the store as they cannot refund me and the deal I got isn't available in store so even if they could, I would lose the sale price on the purchase. I'm not one to usually make a stink but as someone who has been with Xbox since the
original, as someone who beta tested Xbox Live before it went public (and paid the premium to do so) and has been one of the longest subscribers pre-dating Xbox Live's official release, I'm asking for a little leeway and an exception here. I have proof of
purchase. All of my information on the order is identical to my Microsoft account. I logged into my account when I made the purchase.

Can we please get this validated?

That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
