50,000 Reward points Promo questions

Hi, I ordered and have had shipped and received an Xbox One S from the Microsoft U.K store this week but I see from other post replies that the points should be shown in my pending rewards but they haven't shown up yet.

When I clicked on the link on the rewards page it took me to the US store so I couldn't buy from there and had to go to the UK store to buy so will this affect my points?

Since the UK is eligible for the offer you shouldn't have any problems. Keep in mind that the credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

Since the UK is eligible for the offer you shouldn't have any problems. Keep in mind that the credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

You should see the Credits pending for this offer 15 days after shipment. Since the code is just to waive the shipping fee, there should be no issue with the awarding of Credits. If you do not see the Credits pending at the end of the 15 day period, let
us know, and we can manually check your account to see if there is an issue preventing automatic completion.

For the 200 point reward program question, that would have to be answered by the team in the Live Rewards section:

They'll be able to answer any specific question you have about the Live Rewards program.

For the 400 point promo, I suspect that is also a question for the same team.

When was his account suppose to expire? In May, or later this year?

Many promos, the points are awarded when the subscription starts, not when it renews.

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.
