50,000 reward points not received newly purchased XB1 S from Microsoft store

It's been 15 days since my XB1 S shipped from the Microsoft store after upgrading my original XB1 during the 50,000 point reward promotion, yet I've not received my credit/points.

2nd Post - Rewards not received for purchase from Microsoft Store

I purchased a Xbox One S from Microsoft to get the 50,000 reward points. I still have not received those and it has been a month.

 

I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S

I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.

Please help!
