    50,000 reward points for upgrading to Xbox One S


    Hello everybody, I've finally upgraded to the Xbox One last night thanks to the Black Friday deals,I had an offer for free expedited shipping and 50,000 reward credits, only problem I had was my code wouldn't work in the checkout online so had to call Microsoftstore.com
    and they manually pushed it through their end, the customer rep was extremely helpful but did state that I should check to make sure the reward credits are added to my account as he couldn't do that from his department.

    I'm not quite sure who to contact as I read on the Xbox website that they don't offer telephone support for Xbox reward matters.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

    The code is only for the expedited shipping and is not necessary for the credits. The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If not, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance.

    The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
