    50,000 reward points for purchasing a Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store has not been applied


    Hi, the promotion page seen here - Xbox Live Rewards

    says that with a purchase of an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store rewards you with 50,000 reward points. I made my purchase today and was wondering when the points will be applied to my account?

    I purchase a Xbox One S from Microsoft to get the 50,000 reward points. I still have not received those and it has been a month.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If you don't receive them after the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

    Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.

    Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
    get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month
    or so. Please fix the Vip Vault With The Microsoft Rewards points card. And getting Rewards points for my purchases from the Microsoft store. Thank you and have a blessed day
