50,000 Reward Credits - 3rd time's a charm getting a resolution?

Ok guys. This is my third post on this matter because the thread gets closed before I can respond to support. Despite the response in the last thread about the Microsoft Support team being up to date on this offer, they are not. They also told me that they
cannot forward the order details to the team.

I have now spent way too much time with all various levels of support over an order that some bad browser caching or a bad cookie kept my login to the Microsoft Store during my purchase stick that would have saved us all time. I bought the thing October
15. I am now past any ability to return the Xbox. There is no way for anyone to convert my guest purchase to my Microsoft account.

Who can I forward my receipt to so I can get these points? Why can't we get a resolution here? And please, don't lock the thread when you respond because it isn't a good experience for me when I have to make a new post like this and then wait another 2-3
days to hear back.

I noticed the 50,000 credits in my account. THANK YOU! I know you guys put up with a lot of negativity and a lot of anger since people wouldn't be posting here if there wasn't a problem. With that being said, I'd like to thank and commend you guys on this
and truly appreciate the time everyone has put into getting this resolved for me.

That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
