50,000 reward credit for purchase of a new Xbox One

Hi

I recently purchased a new xbox one for the first time through the Microsoft Store. As part of a deal sent direct to my email address, I was told I would earn 50,000 reward credit for purchasing a new Xbox via the Microsoft store.

I checked my rewards to see when the credit would be added to my account but can't see that it has or that it's pending.

Are you able to tell me when this will likely be added?

Xbox Live Rewards Credits

I made a purchase at the Microsoft store last night using an Xbox Live Rewards promotional code for 50,000 reward credits for the purchase of an Xbox One. I did not see the credits nor the code being applied at checkout and the credits have not been deposited
into my account. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.
