50.000 points while buying a xbox one s @ Microsoft store problem

Hey there from germany. I do have a problem by getting reward points. I hope i can explain it in a short way. I have a xbox one since day one and im member of xbox rewards since November 2013. On Sunday two days ago i ordered at the microsoft store a
new xbox one s bundle. Just one day after my order while its being shipped a xbox rewards information poped up on my starting page of my old xbox that tells me that i will get 50.000 reward points if i buy a xbox one s @ Microsoft store. I just have to type
in the code while ordering at the store. This will be possible from Oktoberr 18 until December 31.2016. Nice stuff i thought but abit dump that i did get this information just one day after placing my oder in the store. So i called Microsoft store to place
the code to my order. But no one could help me, not at the store Support neither at the xbox support. I do have my order number and the bill from the bundle (you can also see my order of course in my account history), and i have made a photo with the code
seen on it from the information about the reward points on my xbox.

So it would be very helpfull if someone can help me here to get my reward points from buying a xbox bundle to my rewards account. Thank you.

50K points ??? I just bought the Gears 2TB edition 3 weeks ago...very sad.

Same Problem, but different Xbox one S (500GB + Battelfield 1)

I ordered the Xbox one S over the Microsoftstore with free express delivery 2 weeks ago. I received the Box a few days later, but i still waiting for the 50.000 points.

No problem! I'm happy to report that the code you were provided with is not tied to your Credits in any way. That code is just to waive the cost of expedited shipping at checkout. You should see the Credits for your console purchase pending 15 days after
your shipping date! This is to allow time for us to receive and process your order information. Cheers!
