50,000 points customer support, please.

Hello,

I upgraded my Xbox one that was purchased on the Microsoft store on 12/10/2016, I qualified for the offer with 50,000 points, a free game, and free expedited shipping. When I was checking out, no free game or upgraded shipping was offered. I made sure to
chat with Microsoft support before I purchased the console, and the customer service representative said that the 50,000 points would be added to my account later, and I would receive a code for the shipping a game after the purchase. Now, when I look at my
Microsoft rewards dashboard, it say 30,000 points pending. No emailed code, no game. The 30,000 points were for upgrading an Xbox 360, but I upgraded my Xbox One, that I have registered with Microsoft, and paid $499.99 one year ago on the Microsoft store.
I have my order numbers and proof of purchases for both Xbox One systems, old and the new S.

The 50,000 rewards credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support. Their contact is listed on their redemption page.

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.

The 50,000 Credit offers were only for select members. Since you only registered recently, you were not selected when we chose members for this offer in October. If you had been chosen for either one of those offers, you would have seen a shipping code on
the offer page for those offers. Since you were not selected, you did not receive a code for free expedited shipping, nor did you receive 50,000 Credits.
