50,000 points and express delivery

I got an email about this offer

I waited until the grey Xbox s was released and I then placed my order.

I input the code and hit the apply button and nothing tried it 5 times

I placed the order and contacted store support who told me to contact Xbox live support who then told me to contact store support again.

Store support have kindly given me the 50,000 points but won't do the express delivery!

It's really frustrated as it seems it could be a simple fix but no one wants to take responsibilty for it

Anybody purchased a console from Gamestop uk?

I'm thinking about buying a second console from Gamestop uk, and wondered if anybody has bought from them before and used their express delivery?? Guessing express delivery is next day?
