50,000 Microsoft Reward Points for upgrading xbox one to xbox one s.

I bought my xbox one s on november 26th and I still have not received my 50,000 reward points. I really need them so I do not have to buy another new live membership because that can pay it off for me. I qualify for the reward. I was told it should be in
my account by the end of december.

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

Missing 20,000 points

When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

Support will check on the credits for you, but FYI, you gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. The currency system (money from rewards credits or Xbox gift cards), cannot be used to purchase gold.

Those Credits were placed as pending in your account on December 6th and deposited on December 28th. You can review all Credit events by sort/viewing your MyStatement on the MyRewards page by lifetime, which will show you all Credit events for your account,
like deposits. You can also confirm deposits from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

The code is only for the expedited shipping and is not necessary for the credits. The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If not, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance.
