    I pre-ordered the Xbox One S and Battlefield 1 bundle "Grey console" on the 19th of August, any chance of knowing when I will get the 50,000 reward credits for this ?

    Hey Microsoft I bought an Xbox One S because Xbox Rewards Mission said I would get 50,000 credit and I never got my 50,000 credit. 50,000 credits :(

    You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

    2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

    2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

    2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

    HELP! Please deposit my money.

    Credits for that offer should be seen as pending 15 business days after the console has been shipped.
