50,000 Credit Reward

Hi,

I noticed there's a promotion going on in regards to getting 50,000 credits for buying a new XBOX One S via the store when signed into one's account. I just did this (during the promotional time as I did it on Black Friday) and yet I only have 200 credits
registered in my account. Explanation or help please?

My purchase follows all the laid out parameters regarding this promotion as far as I've read...

I bought an Xbox One S and never got my 50,000 Rewards Credit. Please Help Xbox

Hey Microsoft I bought an Xbox One S because Xbox Rewards Mission said I would get 50,000 credit and I never got my 50,000 credit.

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

Hello Jettorix,

You were not selected for the 50,000 Credit offer. You were awarded for 30,000 Credits for our console upgrade offer, which were placed as pending into your account on the sixth. This means they should be processed and deposited with the end of month deposit,
upon which they will be placed into your Microsoft Account as usable currency.

That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer was only given to select Rewards members. If you were not chosen for that offer, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
