    I received a coupon to upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. The coupon offered free overnight shipping and 50,000 rewards credits. I received my console but it has been a month and the reward credits have yet to arrive. When should I expect them?

    Hi! Basically I ordered an xbox one s during the time of the 50,000 credit promotion. However, my pending rewards is only showing 30,000 credits. I would greatly appreciate any help regarding this, thanks!

    Hi Blooming. The Xbox One S purchase offer was only available to selected members. You only qualified for the 30,000 Credits Upgrade offer.

    The offer ended December 31, 2016. If you purchased the console in January it would not have been eligible.

    The code may have still worked but was not a requirement for the offer. In order to receive the credits, the console had to be purchased by December 31.

    As Smwutches says, that Credit offer ended on December 31st. Since your purchase was on January 19th, it was not eligible for that offer.
