5 year old gamer tag removed.

This happened to me on the 22 of april, after chatting to support for 3 days, someone finally knew what needed to be done and directed me to the xbox enforcement forums.

I posted there twice within around 5-6 days, information there says it can take up to 24 hours to process. I never saw my post in the forums or received any reply that my issue was acknowledged or that they where looking into it. so after giving them more
than enough time to look into my complaint I went back to customer support and they told me a review could take up to a month.They also told me to come here and post, because I might actually get a response here.

Basiclly all I want is to know that they are looking into my complaint, I don't want to go through the same problems as before, eg: waiting a week for a response only to find out they haven't even seen it, let alone are doing anything about it.

I don't want to have the issue of waiting till around the 23 of may and get no response then have to post my issue again and wait for another month hopping that this time my complaint was actually received yet again.

If someone can acknowledge that my complaint is being looked into so I can be more at ease that would be greatly appreciated...

eariler today befor my 10 year old daughter went too school we where playing black ops and a gamer started too call her a
(Mod Removed) and also said she likes too have
(Mod Removed) with me, if he is not baned from playing i will goferther and call the police, his gamer tag is
(Mod Removed - Gamertag), my gamer tag is biker boy 1974, my daughters is
(Mod Removed - Gamertag), can some one plz let me know wat can be done about this please and thank you

Just post again, this is a discussion forum only, I understand your frustration but no one here can help with enforcement actions.

Try this one Click Me, the last one was an Xbox One link, this is a 360 link, it sees more traffic, you may have better luck there.

 

bro, there are over 30 million XBL members.. they probably get 10s of 1000s complaints a day... some things take time... not like they have an army of people reading complaints and reported members.... most likely just a handful takes time to get to all
of those... and even still.. not everything gets a response... if your name was removed... you complained... they looked.. if it still removed.. it might be a done deal and warrants no reply from them...

But like evil said.... this is an open general discussion forum.... nobody here works for MS, nor XB and can help you in any capacity...

 

Hey OP, the only place you can get an official answer from the enforcement team is in the section mentioned above. Creating multiple threads in there will not get your post answered faster.
