    Suspended for 22 days with no reason after playing single player elden ring getting my character ready for the dlc and noe i cant summon for help on bosses and i cant even messages my friends, i have a friend that got 5 strikes too and a 2 week suspenion for no reason aswell and i know this because he texted me telling me so and it happened the same day and i just wanted to chill out playing some elden ring and i hadnt even played the day prior except in the morning playing single player doing quests for spells, and the day prior i was doing the exact same thing running sround getting all the spells in single player getting ready for dlc and same goes with the day before, as soon as i got to the haligrteee today i got off and when i was able to relax and get back online it said multiplayer i was suspended. Why? Theres no details saying why and this isnt just happening to myself either.

    I try to contact support and they block my email, and i do the call back option and i get put on hold and when they answer they hang out every single time and this isnt happening to just me either

    is it usual pratice to suspend an account as ms were unable to take unauthorize monies

    by saying that MS suspended you after 22 days confirms that they know exactly what they are doing forcing something upon you, waiting 22 days then suspending your account.

    So I was account strikes five times and it doesn't give me a reason.

    that’s fine I guess, but is there any reason you could get 5 strikes at once, becuase I’m sure the strike system only says you can get about 2 max strikes at a time

    New strike system seems easily abusable

    We have a similar issue, gamerpic was reported twice in one day, got 2 loads of 3 strikes, so 6 strikes and a 22 day ban for having a hand drawn gamerpic of a face... xbox won't do anything.

    How can they give such significant bans for a picture of a side profile of a face? I'm beyond words, all the money and time invested they need to up there game.

    The message was not on purpose it was auto correct.

    And for some reason they added 8 more days to my suspension and my suspension was supposed to be end on April 1 now it’s April 9 and they never used to suspend me from online multiplayer only messages I rather have online multiplayer unsuspended and messages suspend can you do something about that??
