5 Star VIP, spent well over $200 last month and only got 2.00 deposited.

No MyVip rewards for December purchases

same here mate, spent over £200 which got me to to 4 star vip, now i got nothing for my £200 and it has now put me back to 3star vip with 0% of the way completed

Where is the cash back or mission progress

I have spent like $600 last month I'm VIP 2 where is my 4% cash back also last month on the go west missions I bought a stupid cowboy hat and shirt over the 2.00 it said wasn't credited for completing and I bought witcher 2 a qualifying game got the 5 achievements
which should have also credited me the stake your claim for completing every mission been 96 hours there not showing and no 4% cash back?

From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchases have been primarily game consumables, they are not eligible for MyVIP payback. They did complete the FREE pass component of the FREEdom offer, which awarded an additional 2000 pending Credits on top of your payback on eligible MyVIP
purchases.

don't hold your breath mine haven't deposited in over 12 months despite having spent nearly £2000 pounds building up 116,000 credits and a 5 star VIP status

They don't fix it and give generic responses and use a 3rd party company to manage the program

In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......

There is a table for MyVIP levels for your region on the FAQ page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#vip), under "How is my MyVIP Star Rank determined?" The requirement for five stars for your region is $1800.

so I am literally 200$ short of five star? What was the bracket of last years 5 star since I literally was 5 star VIP not even a month ago if you don't mind me asking..😑
