$5 Receipt codes not received

Discus and support $5 Receipt codes not received in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I sent in 4 pictures via email and got confirmations that they have been received and they will send me $5 in 3-4 days.     I sent in 4 pictures via email and got confirmations that they have been received and they will send me $5 in 3-4 days. I sent them in on April 30..... It is now May 8th and going.... When will I receive my codes?  Receipt codes not received :(

    Fallout 3 unlock code with Fallout 4 on Xbox Live

    Date of purchase 2/5/16 (email receipt dated 2/5/16 indicates purchase date of 2/6/16). I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days

    I'm here also seeking info on a $5 promo code not received. The two common negating issues seem to be that Canadians aren't eligible and the "unique code" given during the process of uploading a receipt picture is not written on the receipt. If you live
    in US and you added the unique code to your receipt before you photographed it, we are in the same boat.

    Okay guys n gals, we're back with info! I'm sad to say we can't help directly from here, but there are two ways for you to get in contact with the folks who can help:

    The first is to check out the promo's FAQ and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Select "Where's my gift card?" from the dropdown.

    The second is to send an email direct to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Regardless of which option you choose, please include as much info as you can!

  5. I received a response from eprize customer support. The instructions they gave we involved resubmitting an altered receipt photo so they'd recognize it I suppose but upload it stuck in a permanent seeming loading loop. Oh well. As a heads up, doesn't seem
    to be a good time to upload any more receipts until they can actually get uploaded.
