$5 promo - Another person who didn't get their credits

Like a lot of people, it seems, I entered 10 of my $15 gift cards that I purchased at target. Wrote the number on each receipt, took the picture, uploaded the picture and I've still yet to receive a thing. Not even an email. I checked my spam and nothing.

Before I did this I read about some of the problems people were having and too be safe I took a picture of every screen for each receipt and saved them all.

Of course, lot of good it does me, as I've sent a couple of emails to the email address in the FAQ and I have yet to receive a reply.

Any advice? This seems a little ridiculous.

I spent $20 on Halo Wars 2 DLC thru my linked Mixer and on the Mixer portal on someone who was streaming the gameso it should have qualified. Please fix this Microsoft Support Chat says this forum is the people to do it.

I'm not the OP but I am in the same situation. I contacted Mixer, who told me because the actual transaction was through the Microsoft store that I needed to contact them. Ever since I have been getting the run around and no one wants to take responsibility
for this promotion. Looks like a lot of people aren't receiving their $5, and nothing seems to be happening.

5/31 dont rember time, but it was before cutoff. Xbox support is sending us back here. Still need my last $40.

 

Any other insight into this? It's now 18 days since the promotion ended and I still have nothing and nothing has been in my spam box or any other place.

I still have all the screenshots as well as the receipts and everything but without someone to take a look at it then it's useless.

I am one that submitted 3 promotion codes on 5/31 and I still have not got mine either...

 

The problem is that there is no one to help with this. I call Microsoft directly and they're not help and I email from the Contact Us on the form and I never get a reply.
