5 on demand

    Demand 5

    Every time i try to open Demand 5 it comes up with "Demand 5 hass encountered an error and must close" [500]

    Is there a service alert for Demand 5 because I don't see one.

    Note: It was working fine last night.

    It seems to be working today, but the B button won't return you to the previous page, instead I've had to press X and go all the way back from the first page into a series to watch the next episode

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
