    Hey there.

    So I had several problems with my Elite Controller Serie 2 which turned out to go thru a Refund of it.

    I sended my controller 28th of March 2022.

    We are 25th of July. I’m still waiting for my refund.

    I keep calling them since April to understand what’s up with my refund and 1 person on 10 knew what to do about it. I heard the same speech over and over and nobody was able to make it happen till 1 of the support team on June was ready to enlight me.

    They gaved me a 3 months sub of XGP Ultimate to buy truce since I’ve been waiting many months for this and I still have to get them because it’s not done. They closed my case without the proof that the refund has been done.

    I’m asking you, is it always like that? Am I the only one who’s been thru hell and who has been on the Xbox Support Line for several hours during a total of 5months?

    No feedback, no recall. Nada. I had to do every single move because the support don’t escalade anything and when I’ve been asking to talk to « A Manager » no manager was able to get on the line and one of them also hangup on me.

    Been in the Xbox community since the first Xbox and this kind of thing make me feel like at the end… they don’t give a damn about it.

    Keep in mind that refunds are also for recent purchase. If it's something you bought and a couple weeks later you request a refund, you are probably good. If it was purchased on Xbox 3 months ago, and you want to refund it and buy it on PC, typically you'd
    have to purchase it again.

    I had signed up for the game pass, for $15.00 for 3 months, but a few days later it had the ad for 3 months for $1.00. Since I within the first 30 days, I was able to cancel for full refund. Then 5 minutes later sign up for the promotion. I played for
