$5 Mixer promotion

Please read the whole thing before replying, I keep getting unhelpful answers.

So I tried taking advantage of the promotion Mixer was advertising where you are supposed to receive a $5 gift card if you spend 9.99 or more on Mixer Direct. Well it's been quite a bit past 30 days and I haven't received it. First I contacted Mixer, who
sent me to the Microsoft Store support because that's where the transaction was processed. These people said because it was a rewards program that I needed to contact Microsoft Rewards. I email them and get a response that it's not actually a rewards program
and that I need to contact Mixer. I have followed every little trail that I've been sent on for the past 2 weeks or so and I'm right back where I started. Last week I finally got a support person to escalate and open a case, but then today I got an email
saying they were closing the case because they hadn't received a response to their emails. I didn't get any emails so I assume the lack of response was from their Senior Management Specialist they were contacting.

Sorry for the long post but I'm just astounded at the lack of communication or support happening here. I know it's only $5 but can anyone help me? Or should I just opt out of any future promotions? I obviously can't trust that I'll benefit from them.

$5 Mixer promotion

Hopefully someone here can help, I've contacted Mixer, Microsoft Store, and Microsoft Rewards. The last one pretty much shrugged their shoulders and sent me here. I purchased a game during the "Get a $5 credit when spending 9.99 or more on Mixer Direct".
It's been 30 days and I have not received the credit and no one seems to even acknowledge anything about the promotion, a quick Google search finds it pretty quickly. How would I go about getting my credit?

Sorry to hear it. Are you able to post a link to the offer itself so we can read more about it? Also, have you checked your Live messages to make sure the code hasn't actually arrived there? Be sure to check the Xbox Live section of the messages. Another
thing you can try is to check https://account.microsoft.com to see if the currency wasn't applied directly to your account.

 

I have checked both my messages and my account balance dozens of times over the past 2 months now. I am absolutely positive it has not been added without my knowledge.

Mixer Season 2 – Mixer A quick google search easily finds the promotion so i don't really understand why i keep having to find the page (even had to find it for the Microsoft support tech). Not trying to be rude but ive contacted at least
a dozen different people now and no one acts like they know anything about the promotion. Just passing the buck left and right.
