$5 missing from my account

Discus and support $5 missing from my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had at least $20 on my account, but when I went to buy a game for $20 I only had $15 on my account.     I had at least $20 on my account, but when I went to buy a game for $20 I only had $15 on my account.

    What do I do?

    i wish my achievements actually unlocked.... i'm missing 5 from destiny i believe

    This hasn't helped, i'm still missing the £11.79 from my bank account and the £5 store credit is still on my account.

    OLD account and gta 5 is missing from my games

    Hello,

    If you play on Xbox One, the xbox 360 version of GTA5 is not Backwards Compatible, you need to buy the Xbox One version

    Hewever GTA 4 is Backwards compatibles.
