So I still haven't received the code yet and it's been like 5 or 6 weeks?

It does come with a headset. And that is the kinect!!

Yeah if you buy them at the Dollar Store. From my experiences the batteries that last the longest for Xbox controllers are Duracell those last for 2 weeks maximum and for a decent pack of Duracell that at least around $5-$6. So you'll be paying that around
every 2-3 weeks while paying for your Xbox Live membership. Lol Microsoft wants to drain the consumer dry.

Sounds like you should buy a charge kit for your controllers. It will pay for itself in short time and will last you for years.
