$5 Gift card

So I have been passed back and forth between 2 different support forums for this. On November 6th I received a code on xbox from Xbox and I redeemed it on November 8th. The code was for a $5 gift card from Xbox. Since then I have had no help from either
forum.

Both of these forums have sent me to and from eachother. In both of them I go into more detail.

In the time from posting both of these and now I did purchase a $25 card from a nearby store to get some things but I never did get the original $5 this was for. The staff there at Microsoft can see this on my account and can also see that it was refunded
back to them for no reason from what my purchase history says to me.

Buy large amounts of gift cards.

Hi Xbox.

I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

Specifically, I'm interested in small cuts in both EUR and $.

Something like this:

Can't use $5 gift card reward

Hi;

Xbox live sent me $5 gift card like 15 days ago. I live in Turkey so our currency is Turkish lira. I can't use dollar on my Xbox as you know mate. So can we exchange dat $5 gift card to Turkish lira gift card?

 

Also in my second post someone replied to the other random person trying to help them and not me. As you all can see and then it was locked so I couldn't get any help there.
