    5$ discount code sent from Xbox, message has been randomly deleted.


    I tried live chat with someone that deals with the messaging app, they sent me here.

    Here is my problem: A message from Microsoft (Xbox Live) was sent to Xbox One's messaging app on Tuesday, but I just noticed it today. It contained a code for 5$ off a purchase from the Xbox's storefront. I had a few things that needed to be done, so I decided
    to use it later. I then came back about 3 hours later, and the message, along with the code, was gone.

    I didn't delete it, It pretty much vanished. Not sure what to do.

    my gears of war 4 collection codes have been deleted the message Xbox sent me with codes has been deleted because of this 30day thing Xbox does that your messages get deleted after 30days

    forza horizon 3 deleted message problem

    My wife accidentally deleted my Xbox live message

    that had the forza horizon 3 dlc code for the warthog from halo 5...

    i never used the code, what are my options to retrieve the message or

    have a new code sent?

    please help!!!

    The codes for Halo 5 are not sent to emails. If you are in the preview program then any message containing codes for the beta will have been sent to your Live messages on the console.

    The key did not come Sea of Thieves Founder to participate in bte testing 2018

    The code would have been sent to everybody who would have been selected and would have been sent as an Xbox message way back in 2018.

    With that beta ending 5+ years ago, it's not possible to get these codes any longer.
