5 days since Coms ban lifted still no chat

5 days ago my communication ban was lifted. I can send messages (even voice messages) now however have zero voice communication in party and game chat. Other are posting here with this same issue because tech support cant help us and enforcement hasnt responded
to a post since September 27. I know i submitted a post but they require mod approval. No one is responding from their forum which is the only way to reach them and thats unacceptable. Also understand i have completed hours of troubleshooting and waiting for
tech support only to tell me to post on these forums where someone can help me. Only the team i need to reach is unresponsive.

Please others are clearly posting here for help with this problem. For us making it go away is more difficult than deleting threads on a forum. Thanks for your time.

chat ban not lifted

I was on a week chat ban which ended 2 days ago. It still hasn't been lifted. could you please fix this.

I'm having issues with communications

My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT ANY HELP!! BANNED WAS LIFTED 2 DAYS AGO!! STILL CANT CHAT!! FEEL LIKE IM GETTING NO HELP!!!

for future reference the ban lifts the same time of day it was placed so if it was placed at 5:30pm it lifts 5:30 pm. if you have reached the date it lifts but cannot play wait a few hours and try again.

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .
