Discus and support $5 code for receipt offer. Have not received my emails. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have uploaded pictures of my receipts with codes on them.     Date of purchase 2/5/16 (email receipt dated 2/5/16 indicates purchase date of 2/6/16). I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days

  3. $5 Receipt codes not received

    I received a response from eprize customer support. The instructions they gave we involved resubmitting an altered receipt photo so they'd recognize it I suppose but upload it stuck in a permanent seeming loading loop. Oh well. As a heads up, doesn't seem
    to be a good time to upload any more receipts until they can actually get uploaded.

    Same situation for me, only a day longer(7). I thought Easter might have delayed them, but in reading the fine print the offer says "while supplies last". I'm thinking they didn't last very long. Alternatively, they might have been swamped w/ receipts and
    it's taking longer than they first thought it would.

    Bottom line, we might still get our promotional offer, and we might not. It would be nice if they announced that supplies didn't last so expectations aren't misused, but each receipt is at least still an entry ticket.

  5. Just noticed you posted on the 12th. You'd be at 15 days now. Hope you received your promo offer and didn't come back. Otherwise, supplies had no real way of lasting, are gone, and they aren't bothering to mention that they are gone when asking you to send
    a receipt photo.

  6. I've learned that the $5 promo for receipt is still active so supplies seem to still be lasting. Perhaps the issue was that I won the scratch game after I entered the receipt. I didn't see anything about winning the scratch game voiding the $5 receipt promo,
    but perhaps that created whatever confusion has occurred. I can supply my unique number as I still have the photo of receipt. If someone could respond I won't feel like I'm just writing this on an alley wall. Even if just to admit that you have no clue.
    I'm happy I won the scratch but perturbed that what I was actually after seems blocked off although it was the part I was actually seeking as it seemed an automatic thing.

    I bought 3 $15 gift cards from Target last week on Friday (the 18th), and here it is a week later and I have not received any response in regards to getting a $5 promo for each of them. I've contacted the company responsible for running the promo through
    they contact/FAQ submission thing, but haven't heard back through that avenue either.

    I'm getting increasingly frustrated at this. It says it takes 4 days to get your $5 bonuses, and it's now been a full week. I don't usually buy digital Xbox currency, but I did this time specifically for the promo bonus, and I'm not receiving it and nobody
    is responding to me. How do I get my promos???

    I have found out at this offer is only available to residents of the U.S... I live in canada. I dont know about you guys but I cant receive anything from this offer.

    G'day all!

    Make sure your purchases qualify for the promotion. In the
    Official Rules
    , please pay extra attention to section 1. (Eligibility) and section 4.a.i. (How to Enter). This includes stuff like regional eligibility, as well as requirements such as buying from a retail store and not online.

    Also don't forget to write your unique code number on the receipt! That's the one generated by the webpage, and not the code used to redeem the gift card/membership.

  10. I did your recommendations from the start and it worked fine w/ my second receipt entry. It did not with my first. Could it have been affected by my winning of the the daily scratch section immediately after uploading my first receipt? I didn't see any mention
    in the official rules of it changing the $5 promo. I do know I'm not eligible for any more scratch wins. I wonder this because both the "scratch win email" and the "promo $5 email" seemed to use the same formatting.

  12. When I entered a new receipt, which went through fine btw, I noticed another possible problem. Once I had entered they type of card (cash) it seemed I almost missed entering the amount the card was for. I don't know if the form would allow you to enter info
    without all of it's parts filled in, but if it does, this could be an problem causing issue. "Complete" the registration form is mentioned in official rules and leaving part undone would negate entry.

    I have also not received several receipts that i uploaded but i also did receive a few the morning after less then twenty four hours later, so im not sure if some stuff is just not eligible, Most of my purchase were currency though and two xbox live gold
    memberships, there was one that was a digital currency and I dont think i got credit for that even though it was purchased in store. Any help would be appreciated

    • The first is to
      check out the promo's FAQ
      and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Select "Where's my gift card?" from the dropdown.
    • The second is to send an email direct to L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.
    Regardless of which option you choose, please include as much info as you can!
